PAR Roofcote is a premium grade coating designed to restore weathered concrete roof to look new again. It’s tough and durable finish gives long lasting protection against the tropical climate and provides excellent resistance to algae and fungal growth. PAR Roofcote outlast ordinary roof paint.

APPLICATION:

Drying Times	-	Surface dry : 20 mins; Recoat : 1 – 2 hours. *Depend on temperature and humidity
Dilution	-	Clean household water.
Cleaning Up	-	Clean household water.

DILUTION RATIO :

Brush or Roller	-	On hot surfaces, add up to 20% water. Cool surfaces : Ready for use.
Conventional Spray	-	Dilution of up 10% water
Airless Spray	-	Ready for use.

TEST COLOUR CONTENT:

Testing for use on new or previously painted interior masonry surfaces such as brickwork, plaster and cement rendering where regular cleaning is a pre-requisite.
