ALES AB Clean

ALES AB Clean is an anti-bacterial emulsion that gives a brilliant, smooth and silk finish for interior use. Formulated with special emulsions, ALES AB Clean can withstand moderate washing which makes it ideal on surfaces where regular cleaning is required. ALES AB Clean is formulated to last longer than ordinary emulsion.

DESIGNED USE:

For use on new or previously painted interior masonry surfaces such as brickwork, plaster, cement rendering and asbestos cement where regular cleaning is a pre-requisite.

PERFORMANCE:

Excellent anti-bacterial property

Dirty marks can be wiped clean easily

Excellent colour retention

No added lead mercury

Low VOC and odour

APPLICATION:

Drying Times	-	Surface dry : 20 mins; Recoat : 1 - 2 hours. *Depend on temperature and humidity
Dilution	-	Clean household water.
Cleaning Up	-	Clean household water.
